Outdoor classes are here with RUN + RESTORE, plus so much more in June and July, hosted by Healthworks Group throughout Greater Boston, all summer long. No matter how you like to stay active, we’ll have outdoor options for you and your friends.
With HWX Summer Series, our goal is to help get YOU moving with free classes to keep our community healthy, active and feeling better!

RUN + RESTORE: May 20 – June 10*
Get outdoors for a 30-minute group run followed by a 20-minute recovery session with foam rolling back at the club!
- Fridays @ 8 AM with Nathan Youngs at Republic Fitness
HIIT on The Greenway: June 6 – September 26*
Join Tara Breznovitz on the Rowes Wharf Lawn, Parcel 17 (Atlantic Ave and High Street), for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and help you burn calories well after class is over! Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.

We recommend you come with water, a mat and a towel. Sneakers are required.
FLOW YOGA on The Greenway: June 6 – September 26*
Join Christina Rudolf on the Rowes Wharf Lawn, Parcel 17 (Atlantic Ave and High Street), for a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility, helping you feel the burn while winding down the day.
