RUN x STRENGTH 
Combining heavy strength circuits with treadmill intervals and metabolic conditioning, this class will challenge your muscular endurance, stamina and increase strength. You will leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the day.

CYCLE x STRENGTH 
Achieve more with 20 minutes of high intensity cycle followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning stations. Increase endurance on your bike and hit the floor to build strength with heavy weights . You will leave class feeling confident you pushed beyond your limits.

STRENGTH
A straight up strength workout, designed to take the guesswork out of your strength training program. This no-frills class targets every major muscle group and builds your strength week over week.

BODYPUMPBy utilizing the barbell system and a step, you’ll feel the burn and get the results you came for in this strength workout. (Les Mills)

CIRCUIT
A cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING
A high intensity class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups. With lights low, energy high, and our bass bumping playlist, you’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished.

FLOW YOGA I
Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

305 Fitness
305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout! It’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio!

In addition to our live classes, we offer a variety of livestream and virtual on demand classes at Republic Fitness from our HWX Digital Studio. Please note that these classes will not be taught by a live instructor in the club.

BARRELESS BARREA full-body workout to shape leaner, longer muscles without the bulk. Using your own body weight, you will be guided through postures inspired by yoga and Pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form and safety, with limited cardio or the use of props.

IGNITE
A high intensity class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.

SCULPT
A 45-minute strength building class combined with elements of cardio that challenges your muscular endurance and increases strength.

PILATES
A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment.
