Included in every membership is a large selection of classes ranging from high intensity bootcamps, cycling, metabolic conditioning, barre, yoga, dance, boxing, and more. We provide our members a variety of options to maximize their workouts. Can’t make a live class? No problem. You can always fly solo during off-hours with one of our many virtual classes offered in our cycling and fitness studios.

Ignite is a fast-paced metabolic conditioning class that will push you to your limits with high-intensity cardio intervals interspersed with muscle-defining moves.
Not your typical boot camp, Octane uses 8 innovative training stations to work the entire body. Specialty equipment like rowers, kettlebells, and sandbags fuel a fast-paced workout that is sure to deliver results.
The workout fitness experts are raving about, Tabata features 20-second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
Ride to the rhythm. Pulse mixes a variety of tempos and drills over 45 minutes of music.

This full-body workout will shape leaner, longer muscles without the bulk. Using the ballet barre and your own body weight, you will be guided through postures inspired by yoga and pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form, and safety – with limited cardio and use of props.
Take barre to the next level! This fast-paced class incorporates Pilates, dance, cardio intervals, and strength training all while stationed at the ballet barre. Some prior barre experience is recommended.
FLOW YOGA 1&2
Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. The class may be more focused on strength or flexibility or mixed together based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose.
POWER YOGA 1&2
A more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequence that builds heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Quick pace. 1-3 breaths per pose.
A fluid blend of movements based in Pilates and yoga that will challenge the full body with a special emphasis to take your core the next level.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms are combined with resistance training to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
