- RUN x STRENGTH: combining heavy strength circuits with treadmill intervals and metabolic conditioning, this class will challenge your muscular endurance, stamina and increase strength. You will leave feeling strong, accomplished and ready to take on the day.
- CYCLE x STRENGTH: achieve more with 20 minutes of high intensity cycle followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning stations. Increase endurance on your bike and hit the floor to build strength with heavy weights. You’ll leave class feeling confident you pushed beyond your limits.
