Offered exclusively at Republic Fitness Davis Square’s dedicated Strength Studio, you’ll power through a variety of metabolic conditioning workouts that could include HIIT circuits, AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible), or EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute).
