Our classes are designed with your emotional well-being in mind. This guide helps you choose the right class based on the emotions you’re experiencing. Look for these icons next to each class description to find your perfect fit. How are you feeling:

Davis Classes

Barre

A full-body workout to shape leaner, longer muscles without the bulk. Using the ballet barre and your own body weight, you will be guided through postures inspired by yoga and Pilates. This class focuses on the essentials: alignment, form and safety, with limited cardio or the use of props.

Free Weight Orientation

The Free Weight Orientation is designed for anyone who is unfamiliar with strength training or simply wants to know how to use free weights. The foundations of strength training, including sets, repetitions, weight (load), and rest periods will be explained so that you can continue the program on your own. This orientation is a good choice for a beginner to strength training using free weights.

BODYPUMP – Strength

By utilizing the barbell system and a step, you’ll feel the burn and get the results you came for in this strength workout. (Les Mills)

power yoga

A more athletic approach to yoga with a faster pace and challenging sequence that builds heat, stamina, lean muscle mass, and increased flexibility. Quick pace. 1-3 breaths per pose. This class will NOT include the following: inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

Gentle Yoga + Meditation

A slow-paced class where yoga practitioners of all levels will benefit from the emphasis on breathing, alignment, flexibility and focus. Instructors provide moment-to-moment adjustments and modifications including demonstrations and the use of props. Class concludes with a 10 minute meditation practice.

METCON30

Prepare yourself for a relentless 30-minute journey where you are going to EXPERIENCE HIGH INTENSITY like never before. Start with a quick 5-minute warmup to prime your body, then dive headfirst into 20 minutes of non-stop, heart-pounding action that will push every limit you thought you had.

RUN + RESTORE

Join a personal trainer for 30 minutes of outdoor running followed by 20 minutes of mobility. Session will meet in the club and return to the club for a cooldown. Ideal for beginner runners!

A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment.

Pilates Sculpt + Connect

A class to exercise your body and mind as you learn to integrate breathing, muscle control and kinetic precision. Pilates will build a stronger core, increase overall muscle tone, and improve posture, stability and alignment. After class, join your instructor and fellow members at a local coffee shop for complimentary coffee and snacks—the perfect way to extend your practice into community and connection. Plan for an additional 30 – 60 minutes after class time to connect with other members.

flow yoga I

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances.

9:00 AM – 9:45 AM | 4:15 PM – 5:00 PM

45-minutes of high-intensity, low-impact movement that fuses Pilates precision with modern sculpting techniques. Class uses a variety of props for sequences aiming to improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination. It’s a mind-body transformation that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling empowered and energized.

LIFT

Create, dominate, and reinstate your commitment to building a stronger body and mind. You’ll LIFT and train with a program based on scientifically tested research. You’ll generate more strength, more endurance, more confidence and even increase longevity. Is this hard work? You bet your glutes it is.

Les Mills SHAPES

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM

A low-impact, full-body workout blending Pilates, barre, and power yoga to sculpt muscles, build core strength, and improve flexibility using small, controlled movements set to modern music, suitable for all fitness levels with optional use of weights or bands for added intensity. It focuses on targeted muscle engagement, posture, balance, and body awareness for a modern strength training experience.

TREAD30

5:15 PM – 6:15 PM

Get ready for a high-energy workout with a twist for all levels! In this 30-minute Silent Disco treadmill class, we’ll guide you through intervals of hills and sprints, with a live instructor leading you every step of the way.

BODYPUMP – Strength

7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

Walking Wellness

Join a personal trainer for a brisk 30 minute walk including fun, informational conversation topics like habit stacking, happy sleep habits, ways to combat stress and more!

A straight up strength workout, designed to take the guesswork out of your strength training program. This no-frills class targets every major muscle group and builds your strength week over week.

STRENGTH UPPER + CORE

A straight-up strength workout focused on building serious upper body power and core stability. This no frills class takes the guesswork out of sculpting strong shoulders, arms, back, and chest while reinforcing that crucial core connection. We’re targeting every major muscle from your hips up, creating the kind of functional strength that carries over into everything you do. PILATES

A total body, barbell workout for anyone looking to get leaned, toned and fit. This class uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, with great music pumping out encouragement. Be prepared to leave class feeling challenged, motivated and ready to come back for more.

STRENGTH LOWER + CORE

7:45 AM – 8:15 AM | 11:45 AM – 12:15 PM
