A straight up strength workout, designed to take the guesswork out of your strength training program. This no-frills class targets every major muscle group and builds your strength week over week. Taught Danny A.

RUN X STRENGTH

12:15 PM

Combining heavy strength circuits with treadmill intervals and metabolic conditioning, this class will challenge your muscular endurance, stamina and increase strength. You will leave feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the day. Taught by Jalynn B.

CIRCUIT

5:15 PM

A cutting-edge, circuit training class with innovative stations designed to bring out your inner athlete. You’ll challenge your strength and endurance with battle ropes, penalty boxes, medicine balls, TRX and more as you quickly move from station to station. Taught by Tara B.

Flow Yoga I + Eucalyptus and Lavender

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class connects longer poses to build strength and flexibility. Class may be more focused on strength or flexibility, or mixed based on the instructor. Slow pace. 5-8 breaths per pose. This is a physically challenging class, but it will not include inversions, bindings, wheel or arm balances. Conclude your practice with the soothing benefits of a cool eucalyptus towel. Achieve more with 20 minutes of high intensity cycle followed by 20 minutes of strength and conditioning stations. Increase endurance on your bike and hit the floor to build strength with heavy weights . You will leave class feeling confident you pushed beyond your limits. Taught by Ellen J.

ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

A high intensity class that will leave you breathless, boost your metabolism, and burn calories well after class is over. Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups. With lights low, energy high, and our bass bumping playlist, you’ll leave feeling strong and accomplished. By utilizing the barbell system and a step, you’ll feel the burn and get the results you came for in this strength workout. (Les Mills). Taught by Alex R.
