Request to Freeze, Cancel, Change, and Update Your Home Club
Republic members can request to Freeze, Cancel, Change, and update their home club online at: https://members.republicbos.com/
View your Agreement Details, Payment Methods, Payment History, Session Balance, Check-In History, update your profilE, etc.
- Open HW + Republic Fitness App or Log onto member portal
- In the app, click your profile picture in the top left or in member portal click your name in top right and select My Profile
- There you will see:
- My Profile: Update Email, Phone Emergency Contact, etc
- Payment Methods: Change credit card and bank account used for billing and card on file purchases.
- Payment History: See your payment history for Dues and Club Purchases
- Membership: See agreement details and download copy of your membership agreement
- Session Balance: See how many Personal Training, Massage and teamTRAINING sessions you have available and when their expiration date is.
- Check-in History: See and download your club visits.
- Recurring Services: Any recuring personal training or massage services you have
Your login is your email address. If you need to activate your account and/or reset your password select Forgot password/Resend invite on the login page of our web site or the app. Any issues, please email us at info@republicbos.com.
