Request to Freeze, Cancel, Change, and Update Your Home Club

Republic members can request to Freeze, Cancel, Change, and update their home club online at: https://members.republicbos.com/

View your Agreement Details, Payment Methods, Payment History, Session Balance, Check-In History, update your profilE, etc.

  1. Open HW + Republic Fitness App or Log onto member portal
  2. In the app, click your profile picture in the top left or in member portal click your name in top right and select My Profile
  3. There you will see:
    • My Profile: Update Email, Phone Emergency Contact, etc
    • Payment Methods: Change credit card and bank account used for billing and card on file purchases.
    • Payment History: See your payment history for Dues and Club Purchases
    • Membership: See agreement details and download copy of your membership agreement
    • Session Balance: See how many Personal Training, Massage and teamTRAINING sessions you have available and when their expiration date is.
    • Check-in History: See and download your club visits.
    • Recurring Services: Any recuring personal training or massage services you have

Your login is your email address. If you need to activate your account and/or reset your password select Forgot password/Resend invite on the login page of our web site or the app. Any issues, please email us at info@republicbos.com.
