Memberships are billed on the first of each month.

A one-time processing fee of $50 will be billed on the second (2nd) day of the month following your join date. This fee will be waived if the member chooses to pay their dues via Bank Account (EFT) or Payroll Deduction. If the member elects to switch and opt out of EFT or Payroll Deduction as their payment method, the one-time fee will apply if the member had not been charged within said calendar year.

If you need to cancel your membership, please stop by the club and ask to speak to a manager. After submitting your cancelation, you will be billed just one more billing cycle.

With our “Pay as You Go” aka “Non-Commit” membership option, there are no cancelation fees. If you enrolled with a 12+ Month membership and cancel before 12 dues payments, there is a $200 cancelation fee.

Have a friend or co-worker interested in taking over your membership? If so, we will waive the cancellation fee for you and the enrollment fee for them. They’ll seamlessly pick up where your contract left off. Everybody wins!

Of course! We allow members to freeze for up to 3 months a calendar year for only $30 per month. If you have a medical issue or are having a baby, we will waive the fee and extend the time period! Just ask.

To setup a freeze, please stop by the front desk. Freezes must start on your bill date and end the day before a bill date. Please note that time on freeze does not count towards minimum payments in a 12-month contract and cannot be done retroactively.

If you enrolled with a 12+ Month membership your membership adjusts to our “Non-Commit” membership option after your 12 (monthly) dues payment. You will continue to be billed automatically, no need to manually renew.
