45 minutes of high-intensity, low-impact movement that fuses Pilates precision with modern sculpting techniques. Class uses a variety of props for sequences, aiming to improve muscle control, posture, flexibility, and coordination. It’s a mind-body transformation that builds strength, improves posture, and leaves you feeling empowered and energized.

Flow Yoga

Flowing from one pose to the next, linked by breath and focus, our Vinyasa class builds strength and flexibility through longer holds of 5-8 breaths per pose. This physically challenging yet accessible class excludes inversions, bindings, wheel, and arm balances. Choose Flow Yoga + Breathwork to incorporate guided breathing techniques that deepen your practice, or Flow Yoga + Meditation to end with guided meditation that helps you find stillness and leave feeling centered and grounded.

Build power and confidence using free weights and bodyweight exercises. Designed for all levels, these sessions focus on improving muscle tone, endurance, and overall strength through functional and effective movements. With our Full Body Strength, Lower Body + Core, and Upper Body + Core classes, you can create a complete weekly programming schedule that hits every muscle group and keeps your training balanced and progressive.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

Dance

305 Fitness is a dance cardio workout! It’s fun, wild, and hard AF. An addictively fun dance cardio class that works you head to toe. Drop it low, tone it up, and shake it out in the studio!
