Prepare yourself for a relentless 30-minute journey where you are going to EXPERIENCE HIGH INTENSITY like never before. Start with a quick 5-minute warmup to prime your body, then dive headfirst into 20 minutes of non-stop, heart-pounding action that will push every limit you thought you had. The music thunders, the energy is electric, and there’s no hiding from the challenge ahead.

Guided by an expert trainer, you’ll power through a variety of metabolic conditioning workouts that could include HIIT circuits, AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible), or EMOMs (Every Minute on the Minute). This fusion of strength and cardio leaves little room for rest—your heart rate stays elevated, your muscles stay engaged, and your determination gets tested with every rep.

Finish with a well-earned 5-minute cooldown to bring your body back to earth and celebrate what you just conquered. You’ll build explosive power, torch calories, and develop the mental toughness that comes from pushing through when everything in you wants to quit.

Will you feel like you might lose your lunch? Quite possibly. But will you walk out stronger, fiercer, and absolutely unstoppable? You bet your high heart rate you will.

LIFT

Begin with a dynamic warmup to increase blood flow and stimulate your senses. Through active movements like torso twists, jumping jacks, high knee marches and burpees, you’ll gradually increase your heat rate as you prepare for the upcoming workout. The lights are turned down, the music is turned up, the energy in the room is intense and powerful.

Guided by a top-tier trainer, you’ll do 20 minutes of heavy LIFTing at lower reps, building muscle, strength, and endurance. Then 20 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training to burn more calories and reduce body fat. Finally, you’ll cooldown by stretching with handheld massage devices to relieve stiffness and relax the body.
